We chose to call our business ‘Starlight' because it represents the underlying belief that we are all ‘stars' and that, if we remain true to our inner self, we will radiate this light and be who we are capable of being. However, for most of us, we have had some negative experiences that have knocked our self confidence or self belief. If we are lucky we have continued to receive more positive affirmations than negative pronouncements and are managing our lives relatively well.

To develop a business that offers a range of services relevant to the promotion of success both for the individual and the organisation, in a climate that values participants, promoting a positive outlook to learning, work and life in general.
