That's the only way to describe this place! Firstly, its expensive fish and chips witha 5inch piece of fish and 7 chips...yes, 7 chips. I dont eat a lot being a size 8, but this takes the mickey! Fair enough they are slightly larger than regular chips, but for goodness sakes 7 chips (and no bread and butter in the deal!) When it came, it came WITH our soup starter & our objections were met with nothing short of an obscene reaction from the waitress. BAD service, BAD food, OVER priced so just walk a few extra hundred yards and you've got the cactus on the corner, which has lovely large portions & delish home made cakes to boot! Paula, Oxford.

I found without doubt, Busby & Lucas to be incredibly bad at after care service. We thought, moving to Witney, we'd try & keep the beautifulmarket town alive with trade by using small, local retailers. We paid over the odds, for a mediocre fridge, which when it was delivered had a broken seal. It then took SIX visits to the shop by us & SIX weeks for them to walk to 100 yards to our house to fix it by which point there was an iceberg which could sink any ship formed in the back of the fridge...we hope that iceberg moves up Corn Street & sinks the ship that is Busby & Lucas. Appalling service, dont use them!
