Called today in a panic as son's Macbook had problems and he is in rush to get Uni work in. Because the backlight of the MAC has failed we bought cables to connect the MAC to a TV screen. Didn't work when we got home, however, a quick call to Dan who patiently gave us various suggestions solved the problem within minutes. Thanks. We'll be back!

My Wife and I have a lot of photos using iPhoto and managed to fill our hard Drive to the extent that it wouldn't start and longer. I took it in to OMS after having taken it to PCWorld first, they weren't able to help and in fact directed me to Oxford Mac. They were great, recovered my data, stuck in a larger drive and migrated all my data across. They also sorted me out with their online backup service, 100Gb for 11 Quid a Month, bargain - I'm not taking a risk with my data again.

My MacBook recently started showing cracks on the keyboard casing. After looking around on the internet I found it to be a common problem. I took it to the Oxford Mac guys as I have heard great things about them from friends, which all proved to be true! Although they informed of a fairly long queue and it would take 7 - 10 working days, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call 2 days later saying it was ready to be picked up! I have nothing but good things to say about the guys there, would recommendthem to anyone!

My iMac died recently and I was near-on beside myself. The chaps at OMS were absolutely fantastic, and although there was quite a queue of repairs in front of me, I asked (practically pleaded) if they could take a look and see what they could do. A chap named Gary was fantastic, as was Dan who carried out the repair. What a lovely bunch of guys and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been in the design industry for the best part of my life...its an industry I love but one which is incredibly frustrating when it comes to finding a decent supplier or support/advice for that matter. Therefore when I came across an Apple Dealer based just outside Eynsham (Oxford) named oxford Mac Solutions, I quite simply had to step over the threshold to see what they were about! Wow, amazing showroom, good selection of display machines but best of all, the guys are friendly, they know what they're talking about and I got no-nonsense clear cut advice and prices that were ever-so-slightly above the industry norm, but well worth it all the same. On top of that, they offer Broadband, website hosting, domain registration and will whiz round to your home or office and set it all up, not to mention the most amazing support. I am one happy punter... Anyway, see for yourselves, I quite simply had to tell others. Andrew Armstrong

The help is tailor-made. I'm an e-care client and have also paid for lessons. Not only has the teaching/help been excellent, but I've never been made to feel stupid. There must be a good atmosphere in the firm given that they are so nice to others. It's small enough that they get to know you, so the help is tailor-made.

OMS have gone beyond the call of duty numerous times A big sigh of relief to work with a service provider that does just that, provide great service and unstinting assistance. No nagging sales calls to upgrade to this or that. Whether on-site, a phone call or remote on-line fixes, OMS give great service and advice keeping the macs and server working smoothly over the years. It wouldn't be stretching it to say OMS have gone beyond the call of duty numerous times to fix problems, provide extra macs at very short notice or simply to give advice on anything mac.
