I have seen Marien in action and been really impressed with her sensitive and perceptive grasp of personal situations. She will challenge you out of your comfort zone but be there to guide you in making your own decisions. If you want someone you can totally trust then talk to Marien!

Review of Life Coach Services - Coach You Limited.

Coach You Ltd is run by Marien Perez, an ICF certified life coach. After being made redundant, I was stuck trying to fathom out what to do next with myself. Working with Marien has allowed me to start viewing myself in a different light and reshaping my life so that my next career move will better meet my needs. We met once a week, face-to-face and though the process was difficult in places, Marien was available to provide the right amount of advice,support and cajoling at the right time to help me overcome significant hurdles. The coaching experience has been one that I have enjoyed and it has been extremely beneficial in all areas of my life.
