• Hairnailsbeauty package

  Having been a reg at the london beauty boutique oxford for some time i booked in myself and some friends for my uni ball. They have great package deals for the total look , hair nails beauty and complementary therapies. i find this place the best in oxford and the customer service is spot on. As im a student the free bubbly is a welcome extra. The manager said if i was happy to give them a mention , thanks lbb for making me feel a million dollars x

• Seriously DON'T GO

  took 3 months to get hold of them - contact numbers don't all work. 67 years old and my mother arrived to be told shop was closing so didn't understand why she was booked in - two buses home for nothing went for next appt two days later, shop shut, waited until it rained and another two buses back for nothing - can't get hold of them... DON'T GO

• beauty and hair on a sunday

  Had to complement this salon an providing such a professional service, my hair and make up looked knockout for my christening and this is the only salon that i know of that is open for both hairdressing and beauty on a sunday. The complimentary champagne is a nice touch, i found that they could not do enough ,thanks lbb i will return!

• do NOT go to this salon!

  Having made an appointment easily and arranged child care I arrived on time even calling and confirming where their parking was, I then arrived and was asked to take a seat (they were all full I am 7 months pregnant) I asked to use the loo which was dirty and towel disgusting. I was then taken to one side to be whispered to by the receptionist that the technician (who was sitting there not looking at me) had to go for an emergency which was very hard to believe. Other salons in area much nicer.

• stunning hair

  wow! had to review this hair salon as this is the first time in ages that a hairdresser has actually listened and made my hair look really stunning. Russia is a new stylist apparently direct from paul edmonds hair salon in london and goodness does it show! she stays she will be staying in oxford now and i am delighted. The colour suited my complexion perfectly and the cut was to die for. I would personally recommend this salon and in particular Russia as she is excellent.

• Best nails for miles

  I booked a half days pampering at this salon as i had an event to go to at which ai wanted to look my absolute best, having read mostly good but a couple of mixed reviews i went with an open mind, from the moment i entered the salon i was greeted very warmly and offered complimentary champagne and chocolates something i have never been offered anywhere else, the salon itself is small and beautiful decorated very vintage boudoir with a chandelier etc the whole atmosphere is warm, inviting and very accomodating. My nails are suberb ,incredibly natural finished beautifully with stunning nail design, the genie body wrap i had did exactly what it said on the tin leaving me feeling and looking slimmer and firmer, the pedicure was excellent ,way surpassing any i have had before , i finished with a spray tan which was a lovely olive tone, I left revived and felt it was excellent value. I felt this salon deserved a mention as they really do go the extra mile.

  I booked to have a manicure and pedicure and was dissapointed. Although the lady was very nice, I was left waiting for an hour before the pedicure started. Also i felt the manicure was rushed and really i could have done a better job myself.

• Highly recomended

  I had an engagement party to go to at very short notice..and i desperately needed my nails done , a spray tan and a pedicure,luckily my friend mentioned this place and they where very polite and friendly ,they managed to fit me in a busy schedule and did a fantastic job,apart from feeling sensational in a relaxing atmosphere in the hands of professional staff.the hospitality was also unique with it's fine wine that eased of my worries whilst taking care of. 100% will be back soon.

• DO NOT GO!!!!!

  I DON'T EVEN WANT TO WASTE 5 MINUTES OF MY LIFE EXPLAINING WHAT A TRULY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY FROM INITIALLY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, WHICH THEY GOT WRONG, THEN I WASN'T BOOKED IN AT A LL, TOOK THREE DAYS OFF OF WORK TO FINALLY GET AN APPOINTMENT...TERRIBLE, NO STAFF, TOWELS SMELT OF WET DOG!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!

• acrylic nails on a sunday

  This shop is way superior to other nail bars in oxford, no damaging nail drills and natural looking nails plus they stayed put.As far as im aware they are the only nail bar that is open on a sunday in oxford. They are open for hairdressing on a sunday too which if like me you are always on the go ,maybe the uk is finally catching up with the usa offering services when needed
