Time For You Domestic Cleaning

Brief business description

We are John and Shirley Minnear, and we have been running our successful Time For You business in the Oxfordshire area for the last 2 years. We are based in Banbury, but we do cover the whole of the OX (Oxfordshire) postcode region, as well as the MK18 postcode area in Buckinghamshire.

Regular Cleaning

First of all we will arrange to come and meet with you to assess the amount and frequency of cleaning required and to discuss your personal requirements. Charges for our regular cleans are �£11 per hour (£1.00 per hour rural supplement applies).
Our professional, friendly service is bespoke to your needs and preferences, and we will do all we can to accommodate them.

We will then provide you with the same fully vetted, friendly, reliable cleaner each week, on a day or days to suit you. You will be given the opportunity to meet your cleaner before they start work for you in order to make sure you are comfortable with our selection from the outset.
All our cleaners are interviewed in their own home, in order to make sure they can clean their own home properly (We would not ask them to clean our clients’ homes if they could not fulfil this criteria). Their references are thoroughly checked before introduction, and we can also carry out a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check if required.

We will insure your cleaner against accidental damage up to �£5million. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaner, we will do all we can to find a cleaner who is right for you. Similarly, if the cleaner terminates her contract for services, we will find a replacement cleaner for you as quickly as possible.

Your cleaner will use cleaning products and equipment provided by you, which will ensure that your preferred products are used, will keep your costs low and will eliminate cross-contamination (ie when vacuum cleaners are transported from house to house).

One Off Cleaning

If you would like a one-off clean, we come and see you for a no-obligation initial consultation so that we can see exactly what work you would like us to do. We will then provide a quotation, and providing you are happy, we will arrange a time and date to come back and carry out the work.

Our one-off cleaning is always carried out to an exceptionally high standard (indeed, our only complaint to date was from a gentleman for whom we did an end-of-tenancy clean. He was unhappy as we had left his house in an immaculate condition – much nicer than it was when he moved in!).

We are campaigning for clients to move away from the “mop and bucket” idea of cleaning - We will always bring our own specialist equipment with us to a one-off clean, and we guarantee the work that we do.

On completion of the work, we will always send you a receipt with a full breakdown of the work carried out

Prices for a one-off clean start from �£150.00 for a one-bedroom house, so please do call us for a quotation and we will be very happy to help.
