My coaching style draws on my doctoral studies in value theory at Durham University, my doctoral training as a psychotherapist with the New School of Psychotherapy & Counselling (Middlesex University), and is influenced heavily by my goal and motivation experience as a management consultant to large corporations. I often use hypnotherapy to complement the coaching process. As a client you can find this helpful in evaluating your circumstances, identifying your drives and ambitions, learning from the skills and motivations that have made you successful in other areas of your life, and overcoming the obstacles that might be holding you back. My training in psychotherapy and clinical & advanced hypnosis will also help us look at strategies for resolving or managing some of the more complex issues. Together we will explore all the interconnected parts of your current life and take steps that are uniquely suited to you.
