• Fantastic

  I came across Empire Beads while trying to track down a source of small white flower beads. I ordered several items in the end. The products are excellent quality and the head pins are a nice sturdy gauge not like alot of other places where they are flimsy and totally unsuitable. Delivery was fast too and I highly recommend this company, their products and their service!

• What a Service - Empire Beads

  I stumbled across Empire Beads as one of the bead shops I found trying to source a cheap yet reliable and good standard product. Being in the Middle of the South Atlantic (St Helena Island) I needed a online source and I can vouch for the website which is so easy to navigate and use throughout the ordering process. From the moment I registered the process was simple, the communication was great and it became one of the best online shopping experiences I have had in a while. Wow... a fast shipment to a freightforwarder in Essex and within two weeks the beads were down here on St helena, and what a surprise, after several attempts at online bead shopping and having beads turned up here on St Helena all mixed, not correctly marked and I am left to sort it our, I was provided with a easy to decipher invoice, each product was clearly marked, with a stock number, identification and quantity and price... It made allocation and identification so dead simple. Would I use this service again... I have done so already and this time a look at the quality of their findings.. if this is good then Empire Beads will be my permanent supplier, no doubt about that. I am not sure what they could do better, I have found this experience a pkleasure and I look forward to many further successful transactions with them.
