  Agree with Mary J. Totally unprofesional. 4 months after having my photo's taken and I still do not have my order which I have paid hundreds in full for. The first canvas had green hair and edges of photo's where so unfocused you could not see them. Second canvas is missing feet, arms and tops of head (ha ha ha, I had to laugh because this place is a complete joke). The photographer was useless, said he would 'interact' with my daughter and he just hid behind the screen (what about taking the photo's!??!!) Their excuse at the moment is that they will have to re edit all the photo's because the lights in the studio are so bright. I just don't know what to expect next? DO NOT USE these photographers.

• Absolute rip off

  Where else do 6x4 prints cost £12 !!! But that's not the real issue. Photoshoots cost hundreds of pounds and in my case it was a disaster. The guy taking the 'snaps' had no idea what he was doing. The lighting was broken. And the photos are all washed out and some not even in focus. What a mess!
