  I am concerned at the lack of communication from this company and that their shop is seldom open - we ordered a dresser early December and mid February it still is not with us. managed to speak to someone 3 weeks ago and was told that because of snow deliveries had been held up, fair enough, but have been to shop this morning as mailbox full on their answer machine and it is closed. This does not instill good faith or is this good customer relations. I would never, ever order form this company again, and would recommend others to shop elsewhere, and no have nothing better to do today as I have taken time off work to try and sort this out. I am so not impressed and am trying to track them down through Companies House. very poor customer service.

  Great furniture a gret place to shop for real furniture. We recently purchased a table and chairs and have just received them they look awsome.you canot find this type of furniture on the high street anymore a real gem of a shop

• A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP

  I have shopped here many times and the service and furniture are excellent. I disagree with these reviews here. I have found the service to be excellent, alright my deliverey was a little late (10 days) but my expectations were exceeded when I received the furniture

• THE SAME SAD PEOPLE

  HERE THEY ARE AGAIN ! HAVE THEY NOTHING BETTER TO DO ? THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY BACK AND THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO SIT AT HOME AND CONTINUE TO WRITE UNFAIR POOR RATINGS ABOUT A SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS. PLEASE GET A LIFE

• Very Bad Shopping Experience

  We had ordered our goods back in summer 2008 and were told it would take 8 weeks it finally came after 10weeks after numerous phone calls when it did arrive certains units were damaged and returned still till now after numerous calls 1.02.2009 we have not received our goods dispicable service never use this company unless you would like to wait and never receive your goods.
