To make you feel safe and secure I can give you free security advice on changing locks to doors and windows or fitting additional locks:
All outside doors need to be fitted with 5 lever British Standard (BS3621) locks as specified by insurance companies.
UPVC doors should have a minimum of 5 locking points
All your windows should have locks which are operated by key. The amount of locks on each window is determined by its size.
Patio doors should have locks that prevent the door being lifted off its tracks or slid open.
I can replace worn out locks or if heritage rules apply I can repair them, so they still keep their essential character but giving you better security.
