Fate must have been at work this particular day. I was looking for something really special for my husband's birthday, i had met Louise on a couple of occasions and had just bumped into her again in a hotel in Moreton in the Marsh. On returning home i decided to phone her and have a chat about my husbands birthday present. Between us we thought cufflinks would be best...i had no idea what i wanted. Louise made suggestions and we decided on a sterling silver pair with a blue sapphire in the centre and his initials around the outside. My husband was delighted, i could not have given him a better present...he wore them immediately. Louise's service was amazing, she stayed within her budget, kept in touch, updated me with fresh ideas and presented the finished item in a beautiful presentation box. Lovely to have a bespoke present, it shows such thought and effort. I will certainly use Louise again and have already recommended her to a friend of mine.

I commissioned Louise to create a variety of jewellery for a special occasion. Following an initial consultation I went through jewellery I had inherited and Louise recommended that I could adapt the jewellery I had to suit my taste. She has created a number of pieces and has also split earrings and necklaces to create additional jewellery that is much more wearable. I have found Louise to be creative, professional and understanding. Louise made the ruby/diamond engagement ring for me (I'm Sarah M's fiance) and I was impressed at how quickly and perfectly the ring and earrings were made from just a few quick designs. Louise designed and made my beautiful ruby and diamond engagement ring, with the three stones suspended between two rose gold bands. She also created a wonderful pair of ruby earrings set in rose gold. The ring is incredible and so unusual...Louise has created a new family heirloom!
