  I have now had a number of pieces made by Louise and treasure each one. She recently re-styled my wedding and engagement rings using the original metal and stones and I can only say that they are fantastic! It is wonderful to wear something bespoke and so beautifully made on a daily basis. They are every bit as special as the day they were given to me. I would never buy jewellery anywhere else now.

• My necklace

  I am now in possession of the most beautiful pearl necklace and clasp made for my by Louise and given to me by my kind husband. I had a very accurate picture in my head of what I wanted when I met her for the first time and the miracle about Louise is that she took my brief and made me exactly what I had dreamt up. She feels almost like a dress maker in that respect. What she makes you fits to perfection. I'm a huge fan.

• Excellent bespoke service and quality

  I was looking for a different birthday present for my wife and contacted Louise to make a bespoke necklace for her. Louise's service was top class. What I especially liked was the effort she spent finding out exactly what style my wife liked and delivering exactly that. It was that level of attention and service that I wanted as part of the present. We also had to change appointments for personal reasons and Louise was always patient and understanding in dealing with this. Overall, she delivered top quality service and product.

• Rings by Louise

  My fiance now how one very beauitful and unique platinum engagement ring with 3 diamonds. Louise demonstrated a vast array of fantastic skills throughout the process including: customer service and design. Louise also manged to solve all the many questions that i had, with patients and great professionalism. Louise adapted to an every changing budget and worked tirelessly to co-create a ring that turns out to be perfect!

• Outstanding! I can't say how delighted I am!

  I found Louise quite by accident after having a disheartening search for an engagement ring in all the 'usual places'. My fiance and myself are on a limited budget, however on contacting Louise she restored my faith in the fact that I could have something beautiful and personal on our tight budget. She was extremely professional and delivered outsanding service and creativity throughout the process and I am now wearing a ring that is quite simply beyond all my expectations. I can't recommend Louise enough to anyone who is struggling to find 'exactly what they want'!

• Fabulous Ring

  When I left South Africa a friedn of mine gave a beautiful ring which I have always always admired- sadly it was costume jewellery - I say that as know it would last. I met Louise at Ashmoelen Museum one day - and with my faded ring on my finger - she said she thought she thought she could help me in my hour of need! And make me a precious metal version. I have now this ring on my finger which I wear everyday- I am thrilled to bits with this ring.

• A beautiful bespoke quality gift.

  Fate must have been at work this particular day. I was looking for something really special for my husband's birthday, i had met Louise on a couple of occasions and had just bumped into her again in a hotel in Moreton in the Marsh. On returning home i decided to phone her and have a chat about my husbands birthday present. Between us we thought cufflinks would be best...i had no idea what i wanted. Louise made suggestions and we decided on a sterling silver pair with a blue sapphire in the centre and his initials around the outside. My husband was delighted, i could not have given him a better present...he wore them immediately. Louise's service was amazing, she stayed within her budget, kept in touch, updated me with fresh ideas and presented the finished item in a beautiful presentation box. Lovely to have a bespoke present, it shows such thought and effort. I will certainly use Louise again and have already recommended her to a friend of mine.

• A unique service that has proved to be wonderful

  I commissioned Louise to create a variety of jewellery for a special occasion. Following an initial consultation I went through jewellery I had inherited and Louise recommended that I could adapt the jewellery I had to suit my taste. She has created a number of pieces and has also split earrings and necklaces to create additional jewellery that is much more wearable. I have found Louise to be creative, professional and understanding. She listened to my thoughts and came up with recommendations and has stayed in touch with me throughout the process talking through further ideas. I shall continue utilising the services of Louise ER Rosborough as she has proven to be a unique individual who listens to your needs.

• Fantastic piece and lovely to work with

  Louise made the ruby/diamond engagement ring for me (I'm Sarah M's fiance) and I was impressed at how quickly and perfectly the ring and earrings were made from just a few quick designs. Louise kept in touch during the whole process which only took a few weeks from start to finish, and it's a unique gift which you'll never find in any other shop!
