Fun exciting yoga classes aimed at the 3 to 7 yr olds. Classes combine yoga based movement with stories and adventure and games. . Benefite include boosting their immune system,maintaining flexibility and stretching their imagination. Yoga bugs is a non competitive form of exercise open to all children. Classes are small with max 12 per class and last 30 to 40 mins. Held locally around bicester in the sports centre and village hall and schools. . Please call for more info on the above numbers
