• Aziz Customer service? What's that?!

  I have eaten at this resturant twice and have left feeling dissatisfied both times. My first visit was with my partner. The food was good but the service was appauling. The waiting staff had bad attitudes and were miserable and uninterested. We felt that they couldn't care less about us. There were also items on our bill that we did not have. When were pointed this out they did not apologise and sulked off to revise the bill. My second visit was with a party of 8 for a friends birthday. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter to come and take our drinks order (the restaurant was very quiet). He eventually arrived with the wrong drinks and did not apologise. Almost an hour later no one had come to take our food order and we had to wave over a miserable waiter. When the bill arrived and we checked it there were extra nan breads and coffees on the bill (none of us had coffee). As this is my second experience of being overcharged at Aziz I find it difficult to believe that this was a genuine mistake. We felt that they were not interested in our custom and their bad attitude couped with a series of "mistakes" ruined my friends birthday meal. There are much better (and cheaper) curry houses in the area like Karma and Star of Asia, where I will go in future!! The staff need to go on a customer service course! If you do visit this restaurant CHECK YOUR BILL!!!!
