David Bage has been involved in our Spanish estate agency business for the past 4 months. On the tangible side we are already benefiting from increased revenues. These increases have resulted from simple implementation of more efficient and productive marketing practices. So far this year and with the same marketing budget we have generated 78% more leads than we did last year. Despite all our efforts we have previously found it difficult to achieve sustained growth in our income.
