• Don't trust the staff!!

  I have signed up and the place is all right. But I was told that I could "freeze" my subscription whenever I would leave the country. As it turned out, this was not the case and includes substantial costs. I felt severely betrayed and lured into a contract because I trusted the staff. My mistake, but I will never sign with them again...

  I was a member of this club for two years and it always depressed me. The building and equipment are good but the place had a miserable atmosphere. The staff constantly changed, were mostly grumpy and uninterested - and sometimes just unprofessional. They rely heavily on the Body system of group exercise, which is pretty moronic and no substitute for a passionate instructer who knows his or her stuff..

• The best gym i have joined...

  Fantasitic Health and Fitness club. They aren't so busy you can never get on the equipment, have loads of classes and the staff have all been really friendly and helpful. I have personally achieved 2 inches off my waist in my first 8 weeks following the programme set by Marlon.
