Telephone answering problem continues

They still do not answer the phone. I have tried for days.

Hmm...

They are AWFUL at answering their phones and not that friendly either. They tried to fob me off and not replace my faulty iPhone because it was a week out of the 28 day period, but I explained, as a phone rang unanswered in the background, when I was there, that the reason I didn't bring it in sooner was because they never answer their phones! Although I'm happy they finally agreed to replace it, I am not happy with their general customer service. The two young chaps are excellent, but the two ladies there seem to have a constant scowl. I am so glad to have not had to speak to them regarding this fault as I get the impression there would have been NO way they would have replaced it. Really is a shame as in general I am very pleased with O2, just think this store needs a good ol' fashioned lesson in answering their ruddy phones, and a wee bit of customer service whilst they're at it! I can't complain totally though as they did replace my faulty iPhone, but only after about an hour of pestering them!

Pathetic

Apple & O2 what a pathetic mess to upgrade to a 'more useful' iPhone that should have had the functionality from day 1 anyway! Only reason I have one is because it was bought for me. Now I can't even arrange an upgrade. Useless, on-line and shop.

totally useless, they dont even bother to answer teh phone ! the irony ! they want to sell you the, but god forbid should they have to talk to you !! USELESS, UTTERLY USELESS !

Telephone answering

Why do you keep customers waiting on the telephones trying to make contact with the store i have been ringing now for 45 mins . I am trying to find out if my phone has been repaired can someone please get in contact . Order number 008863330
