  • Sinoco Co Customer Service Attitude needs improving

    The, I think, couple that own & run this shop are quite obviously very competent. They know there stuff. As an IT professional myself I can see that, but their customer service attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Their saving grace is that they normally have the part you want and they are not expensive. If you need something for your computer fast go there. You may get it cheaper on the internet, but you will have to wait and you will not know how well treated the part has been. I know that in Sinoco they know their stuff and ESD precautions would be observed.
