• Bad Experience

  Had 4 new tyres from edgwick tyres. Received a 'couldn't care less' attitude. They treated my car without any care, jacking it up outside to roll wheels inside for the tyre change. On inspection when wheels came out I noticed they had not balance them (this was included in their quote). They grumped at me when I explained this, angrily removed the wheel from the car again took it inside so I couldn't see what they were doing. On inspection when wheel returned to the car, I found that they had used old balance weights. I asked whats wrong with new weights and they asked whats wrong with old weights ! I let it go cos I was feeling intimidated by there gruff attitude. I drove around to Stapletons Tyre services to have them all checked, and all were out of balance. Stapletons showed me on their balancing machine. All wheels had to be rebalanced. Within a few days one of the tyres was flat due to leaking valve fitment, had to have it replaced.Don't use these people, there's a lot better choice in the Banbury Area.
