  • Motorworld Good experience buying a car

    I bought a mid-range car from here recently. They aren't too slick here (the car I wanted was dirty and had a flat battery when I viewed it!) but they seem to be honest and try to keep their customers. Just don't rely on them too much not to make any mistakes. They were very good at communicating with me and when the finance company screwed up the Motorworld salesman was on the phone to sort it out. The car was cleaned up, MOT'ed and given a minor service before I got it with new tyres, oil change etc. Maybe other dealers do that too, I don't know as it was my first purchase of a car from a dealer. They offer free MOT's for life after purchase and a one-year warranty. Don't buy any of the extra insurance or additional warranties they will try to sell you - you can get those cheaper elsewhere. It's a good place to buy a car if you're in that area. They list their cars on Autotrader or on their own web site.

We are a long established dealer group operating a variety of franchises throughout
Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

We are part of the Midcounties Coop Society which is an independent Society within the Co-operative movement. In addition to representing four different new car franchises, Motorworld has its own separate leasing company providing all makes of new and used vehicles through a variety of funding packages to business and private individuals.

Other services provided by the Group include Body & Paint facilities at Iffley Road and Self Drive Hire for passenger cars, people carriers and light commercial vehicles.

Motorworld services a wide customer base throughout the county and beyond, applying the principles of choice, care and quality across all areas of the business.
