  I too ordered an item and was told it was in stock, I ordered and paid to be told next day it was out of stock!!!!!!! Still waiting credit and someone to answer my calls. Please inform trading standards...hopefully they will be investigated. This has put me off buying online as this was a secure site. Have been advised to use paypal.

  I ordered some equipment in November. They notified me the next day that they did not have the stock so I cancelled the order. Two months later I am still fighting for my money. Shocking customer service & the owners who deal with the refunds are not contactable. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  I will add to this as well, ordered an item for Christmas but then told it was out of stock. Won't reply to emails or telephone calls. THIS APPEARS TO BE A FRAUDALENT SITE

  sorry but I am another disappointed customer that had my money taken from my account but they dont have stock. They are not refunding or communicating, will be visiting shop for refund, with a few friends this week. Really hate people and business like this.

  Appalling service, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Ordered sledge in January that was never delivered. Was then told that the item was not in stock so requested a refund, now alomost in April and still waiting despite numerous phone calls and e-mails. The excuse given is that the owners cannot be contacted or spoken to. Looks suspiciously like this is run by a bunch of crooks.

  Used this busines as it is situated locally with great parking... Service was great and although the item a service part for my camping lantern was not in stock they ordered one and it arrived at my home within 48hours!!!! Would definitely use again....

  aos banbury have wide range of stock from outdoorclothing/high tech to back to school bags. this shop helped me when i was looking for the things i needed to go camping, they have it all!

  Well I visited this shop for the first time in 3 months to find a new and varied stock and very experienced and helpful staff that put me on the right track for my latest adventure... This really is a one stop shop for the Outdoors..
