I went to Thame AV having read the previous comments and thinking that this was too good to be true, however I met the Two Gentlemen who work in there. Steve and Jonathan. They sold me a 23" Samsung television. They answered all of my questions and advised me what would be required if I also wanted to add a surround sound system. In addition to this the service for installation was outstanding!! It wasn't too good to be true after all but good old fashioned service and not some teenager who really didn't care less if he sold me a product or not. This is the kind of shop that is disappearing from our Town Centres. Please don't let it happen!!!!

I went into ThameAV as I like to support our local businesses and the service and advice I received from Jonathan and Steve in helping me choose my new TVwas second to none (I even got a cup of tea) they are very friendly, patient and trustworthy and if I need more home entertainment goods I would only purchase from Thame AV Thankyou gentlemen.

Having been advised to go to Thame AV to look for a DVD player I was given friendly and helpful advice. Twice I have had trouble working the machine and have had immediate and friendly assistance, which being in the older age bracket is a VERY rare event. I am very grateful. Thank you!

I recently visited Thame AV to purchase a pair of earphones for my mp3 player, upon entering I was welcomed by a staff member of the store and asked if I would like any assistance. The service offered was gregarious in nature and extremely informative. Numerable options which were available to me were bought to my attention, immediately telling me that the staff here are trust worthy in the sense that they are genuinely interested in what is best for me. The product I arrived at (Sennheinser CX 300) was perfect for my needs, more than value for money and of extremely high quality. The staff at this store aim to meet the consumers needs by any means possible and clearly have omniscient knowledge in their field of work.

I recently went into Thame and was very impressed with the whole town and of course the shopping which leads me to Thame AV a hi fi and television specialist, i needed headphones for my son which i purchased and was so impressesd with the service that i ordered a 17inch flatscreen tv,friendly and informative service is rare with the chain stores taking over,i will be going back soon.

Having purchased a Plasma TV and a Sony Amplyfier from Thame Audio I found the Staff excellent and friendly and very helpful unlike the previous owner and his part time side kick they lacked customer skills and professionalism a few other companies could take a leaf out of Thame Audio Books I think Humpty who fell of the wall should stay down

I have always found this shop to be most helpful in the way they deal with customers. They have a friendly approach which is also very informative and will go out of their way to help if they can. Well done guys! I feel that the first review that has been left comes over as a bit of sour grapes. It appears to be a personal dig at the new owners rather than a constructive review.

i went in to thame AV and was impressed with the friendly welcome i recieved from the staff, i was then left in peace to browse their stock of headphones untill i asked for some advice, i was very pleased with the information that they supplied me with and was able to purchase a pair of headphones that were not the most expensive in the range but which were the most suitable for listening to my mp3 player, and if i had read the only other review on this site i would not of gone into the shop and must wounder if there is something personal in their attack on this shop
