    I have been going to Slimming World (Kidlington) for nearly 2 years, and have now lost 6st!!!! And been at target for about 6 weeks. I have found the food optimizing to be great you have plenty to eat and never hungry!! Classes are fun, and everybody especially our Consultant very supportive.
