I have been going to Slimming World (Kidlington) for nearly 2 years, and have now lost 6st!!!! And been at target for about 6 weeks. I have found the food optimizing to be great you have plenty to eat and never hungry!! Classes are fun, and everybody especially our Consultant very supportive. It has changed my life, and I never want to go back to being that big again, so will continue to go to class for the support needed to keep it up.
