  Relaxed, friendly and if you've been kept waiting it's because they don't rush customers through. Very accommodating with late appointment times and always a good up to date cut. Recommend Lisa.

• Charles and his team are great

  I have never been kept waiting, the atmosphere, service,standards and staff are spot on. If you want good value, talented staff that will listen to you and advise you on the right cut and colour, no frills,no loud music and most of all a hair style that can be achieved in any top notch salon but at a fraction of the cost then this is a place I would highly recommend, absolutely no bad points whatsoever.

  Sounds like the enemy sniping above - I've never been kept waiting at Gemini, I'm sure they never double book; and the calibre of the cuts is high (Jessica deserves a special mention since she cuts my hair almost exclusively). Very inviting and relaxed atmosphere, cup of tea thrown in.

• Slow and steady

  Relaxed atmosphere, but be prepared to be kept waiting. It seems this salon double books appointments to maximise income and you can be left alone for what seems like ages! Cutting and colouring - no complaints but be prepared to spend 5 hours for colouring! Not the place to go if you have other places to be!
