• Dead computer

  I feel the need to let others know about the service i received from ability systems, i took my dead computer in at 9.00am and and walked out with a working computer by 9.25am, lovely friendly people.

• A small shop but with lots to offer!

  Although only a small company, I found Ability to be genuine and honest. They know their stuff and helped get my computer up and running again after being infected with viruses and spyware. Whilst there I also bought a few cables and a full version of the anti-virus they sell (bitdefender) after seeing how much better it is than Norton (considering Norton didn't pick up on the viruses I had!). I will definately go there again if I have any problems in the future.

• Fantastic Service

  All i can say is thank god for the small retailer. I have a dell pc which had a problem, when i called dell we went through a few things to sort the problems out but the systems required a system reinstall and they told me to get my stuff backed up first. i took my pc to Ability Systems who said they would back up my doc's and pictures for me. WOW was i surprised when i recieved the call from them saying that they had repaired the system and it did not need a reinstall of windows, Better yet they only charged me £45.00!! Will use again!

• Virus Removal

  I would just like to say that thes guys really do know there stuff! I caught a virus on my pc on a friday and needed my laptop for a presentation on monday.

  they repaired it quickly and cheaply. keep up the good work Ability Systems
