• Brilliant service

  Mair is incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. She really took the time to find out what we might like (colours, textures, finishes, sizes) then helped us find it. The shop has a fantastic choice of tiles. We were also given lots of advice on grouting, how to lay the tiles, etc, etc. A really enjoyable experience.

  The Terracotta Shop is a real gem of a shop. A huge range of tiles awaits you which can be daunting and bewildering but the staff (especially Mair) will help you navigate your way through and help you clarify your thinking/choices. Nothing is too much trouble - samples were ordered in, door fronts matched and even when I was dithering and not able to decide the staff were very patient. There was no pressure applied just an interest to make sure we got what was right for us and that we would be happy. Truly professional and lovely with it! If you are considering purchasing tiles of any description then this really is the place for you!

  I find the range and choice of tiles bewildering, but the lady at the Terracotta shop took real interest in what we wanted and what was important to us - and showed us round various options to suit our tastes. As I commented on each she revised her recommendations and gave alternatives. She also ensured we used mock up kitchen units and worktops to get a look that tied in together. I never knew tile shopping could be so enjoyable!
