    My hoover needed a new plug as the old one was looking a bit brown, This cost me £74 +vat i think this was a bit over the limit, am now talking to the consumer watchdog about this mans charges.

    The staff in the shop went out of their way to help me.The goods required were not in stock,so they ordered them,took phone number & rang when in stock. Nothing seemed too much bother-will become regular customer!!
