Absolutely lovely and very good value

We popped in for the Sunday Buffet. We hadn't booked and the restaurant was busy but they fitted us in with only a 10 minute wait. The buffet itself was excellent; everything was really tasty, with plenty of meat and vegetables in the dishes and less reliance on the cheap, fatty "filler" food such as spring rolls and wantons. The ribs were huge and extremely tasty, and even the puddings (which is an important consideration in the all-you-can-eat category) were of good quality. Will definitely go again.

Outstanding

We enjoyed a lovely meal on Tueday evening, my husband was looking for somewhere different to take me for my birthday when we stumbled across here and so glad we were. We chose the Pearl set meal for 2, the Capital spare ribs were to die for - to follow we had Pork cantonese style, beef in black pepper sauce and chicken and mushroom - the food was faultless as was the service - very friendly staff who kept an eye on everyone constantly, there was no waiting about for a waiter, the tables were cleaned straight away without you feeling you were in the way, the glasses topped up with wine. The decor was very nice and whilst you could comforably dress up or wear casual, either way you would not feel out of place. We left there feeling very full and both said we would certainly visit again. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

SUPERB!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CHEF IMPERIAL IN WOODSTOCK FOR A GREAT CHINESE! I VISITED LAST NIGHT AND ENJOYED GREAT FOOD AND FAULTLESS SERVICE AND I WAS AMAZED AT HOW REASONABLE THE PRICES WERE. DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THE OUTSIDE...IT IS NO REFLECTION ON WHAT LIES BEHIND THE DOORS! THE RESTAURANT WAS BUSY BUT THE STAFF WERE AMAZING, THEY BOUGHT THE FOOD AS QUICKLY OR SLOWLY AS YOU WISHED AND WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP...WISH I WAS GOING AGAIN TONIGHT!
