Homefinders deal with the letting and management of properties in and around Oxford.
It seems that 'Stephen B' has had a rather bad experience with Homefinders, or prehaps he is bitter about something that he is not willing to accept as his fault? If I had a pound for everytime someone said to me 'i wasn't my fault' and it was, I'd be a millionaire. Agents have a bad rep from many many years ago, which has stuck throughout! This is not fair as I know Homefinders are fair and reasonable. Sometimes people just can't accept when they are wrong!

I'm not sure what the service was like back when these other customers did their reviews, but I had a very professional and friendly service from Homefinders. During my tenancy, everyone was very helpful that I spoke to and issues were sorted. When I vacated my deposit did have deductions (for cleaning) but it was explained and very reasonable. However it did take 3 weeks to be returned but as stated by TDS and in my agreement it says 3-4 so I shouldn't really complain. Overall my experience with Homefinders has been excellent so ignore these haters. More than likely to be typical students crying because they ruined a property!
Homefinders (Oxford) provided the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered as a tenant. It’s extremely hard (if possible) to get a deposit back from them.
This business is absolutely despicable and should be avoided at all costs. I cannot begin to list all the ways they have wronged us. They ignore requests for repairs and when challenged, deny that any request was made; any problems are construed as our fault; the house is falling apart; the employees are unintelligent and rude - and so on. Although the rent seems reasonable do not expect to get your deposit back, regardless of how you treat the house. DO NOT USE HOMEFINDERS. STAY AWAY.
