We ran out of oil and despite paying a £50 emergency fee and having a 4 week old baby in the house they took 5 days to get the oil to us. we were regular customers and the driver couldn't find our house. It was really unpleasant dealing with their staff who are so rude, it leaves you feeling quite upset. My advice is to use another company.
This company repeatedly let me down on a confirmed delivery. Despite numerous calls they failed time and time again to make the scheduled delivery. Lots of excuses, vehicle failure, hospital contract etc. But the result was after over 2 weeks of excuses my household was left without fuel, in the middle of winter - not ideal - especially as I was 6 months pregnant. Our neighbour recommended his supplier and they delivered next day and we have used them ever since.
