• Utopian flipping fantastic!

  I can't rate this salon highly enough. The team work so well together and and that is reflected in the way the salon feels. I have always been less than comfortable sitting in front of a mirror (having to look at my self while someone stands behind me-scissors in hand) but in Utopian I feel comfortable and relaxed. My stylist has transformed my hair and I look forward to my next visit- I agree it's like visiting friends.

• Utopian hairstyle

  oh my god - francesca your hairstyle is fab, everyone has commented on it. also to the senior stylists, you guided francesca so she was confident when cutting, your tips to her were fab and allowed her to gain experience by doing it herself whilt also receiving supervision, an amazinfg salon that gives exceptional results - i feel amazing!!! thank you!

  Our family have followed the success of the salon since it opened, Whenever we are in need of a haircut or treatments we are always welcomed and made to feel relaxed knowing that the person doing the job is trained to a high level.

• Utopian Highly Recommended

  I've been a loyal customer of Utopian for 7 years (both hair & beauty) and love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The environment is relaxed, friendly and professional. I feel like I'm with family when I visit and come out feeling really great.

• Utopian Wrong choice of colour or poor result?

  Was Sonia B unhappy with her choice of colour? Or with the application of the colour?? It sounds like she was unhappy with the choice - which is down to her. ... The salon should only redo if there was a fault with the colour / result and not just because the customer changed her mind!! You wouldn't try returning an item of worn clothing to a shop and asking to exchange it for another colour!!!! So why should you be able to with hair??

• Utopian Utopian - AWESOME

  I came from Canada to visit this hair studio. From the moment I walked in, the staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and offered more service than I have ever had ... anywhere! The employees and owners seemed to genuinely care about their customers, and took the time to get to know them and their wants and needs. From the tea and coffee to the hair massage, colour, cut, style, conversation ... they're #1 in my books! I'd cross the ocean again to be so professionally pampered!

• Utopian Hair cuts

  I have just returned from a visit to Bicester where I had my hair done. Everybody was very welcoming, a cup of hot tea or coffee waiting as soon as I walked through the door. Everybody seemed happy and enjoying their work.

• Utopian Best in Bicester

  I've been going to Utopian since they opened as I wasn't 100% happy with my old hairdressers. From day 1 they've been friendly and efficient and unlike some other salons, you definately don't feel intimidated when you go in! Over the years it's become like going to see friends when I go in and it's lovely to be treated like one too! They are all normal, down-to-earth girls who love their chosen career and they're very good at it. I would recommend anyone to give them a go - say I sent you!!

• Utopian The friendliest hairdressers in town!

  I have been using Utopian since they started, having followed the partners from their previous salon. Without doubt they are the friendliest and funniest hairdressing team that I have ever met and nothing is ever too much trouble. I travel a 32 mile round trip to get my hair cut and am always recommending them to other people.

• Utopian Very Pleased

  I came into Utopian last week and they really made me feel welcome I found everyone to be very professional which I feel they are worth every penny . I did my homework and there are 16 Hairdressers in Bicester and there are 6 salons with the same price bracket. I also notice that they constantly update their training in london Toni and Guy . I will certainly be returning.

• Utopian Haircuts

  My wife and I travel up to Scotland and always stop here to have our hair done on a regular basis. The woman that complained she was charged for having it re done, was this the lady that asked to be taken back as a customer a few weeks later?

• Utopian LEAST professional hairdressers in Oxfordshire

  I was a customer of Utopian for 2 years. One time I wasn't 100% happy with my hair colour...they offered to redo the colour free of charge, then called me two days later to say I would have to pay after all and they had made a mistake. Their manner was very rude and when I pointed out that they shouldn't go back on their word, they sent me a short letter asking me to find another hairdressers!!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. <P></P> <P>
