    I have just finished purchasing a property through this company. They do not communicate information reliably between the vendor and the purchaser. Having been asked by the vendor to make direct contact with them, we felt that the vendor and ourselves had been 'played off against each other' whilst we were being told 'I dont think the vendor should be charging for the blinds' the vendor was being told 'ask for a high amount for the blinds giving room to barter'. I feel this is bad practice and I would certainly never sell my house through them myself.
