• Very dishonest

  This garage agreed to do some work on my car under it's warranty. However the owner Martin tried to charge me for work he went ahead with without authorisation. He lied to me over the phone and to my face saying the work that needed doing would not be covered under my warranty and would cost me £1000!!! HE HAD NOT EVEN CONTACTED THE WARRANTY COMPANY he had the car for 9days and not once called the warranty company. If I hadn't calked them myself to check he would of happily ripped me off for £1000 for work which didn't even need doing DO NOT TRUST this garage. All this stress they put me through and the car was still not repaired!!!!

• First Class Service

  I have dealt with Norton Autohaus for over 7 years and have always received excellent service. They have serviced and/or repaired over 5 different types of car for me ranging from Mazda (x2), BMW, Ford and Vauxhall. It's unusual in this day and age to actual TRUST someone to do a good job. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

  I have used these guys for a few years now. I have always recieved good service and my car has always come back in top order. My only bit of advice is to make it clear what you want done, they sometimes overlook the little niggly things that are just as important as getting a service or new tyres.
