    OPS "damp proofed" my house, a few years later there were significant damp problems in every area they claimed to have worked on. When attempting to get them to even come and look at the problems, they consistently failed to turn up when they had agreed, and failed to answer emails or return calls. Unprofessional, unreliable, incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    This company came and spent an hour and a half at my house. The man told me he couldn't give a ball park figure and promised a quote within a week. Three weeks later, still no quote. He won't respond to e-mails and there is no answer on the phone. A complete waste of time with a complete lack of courtesey.
