I've ordered from AMS for a number of years and I'm very happy with their customer service. I've never had to wait too long and I guess you tried to order a hard-to-obtain product and expected it quickly. AMS have always been helpful on the phone and gone the extra mile to provide me with all the products I needed. I would recommend them.

AMS Poor Service

It has been close to 3 weeks and the product ordered is still not here. The customer service is absolutlely no help...they either say it will be here next week or give you the silent treatment. Companies such as invitrogen and sigma deliver the product withing 2-3 days.
