• B Fransman Fransman Car Hire

  I used Mrs Fransman's rental cars for a good few years when visiting England. Her rates were so reasonable that it paid me to get a London bus to pick up and return them up. She was always most co-operative as to times, paperwork etc. On the down side, the cars were not by any means new, and the upholstery was sometimes a little stained. but never to the point of being a problem. Unfortunately the insurance people will not accept renters over 70, so this is some years out-of-date. I can rent cars in Canada as long as I have a valid driving licence, but apparently not in the UK.
