What is customer service? Ithought every business no matter how big or small relied on ensuring that customers are smiling when they leave their place of business. This is not the case with Dutton Forshaw! <P>They do not know how to treat a customer like a customer. I felt more of a hindrence to them, an interuption to their day. <P>Spend my money at Dutton Forshaw? I would rather stick hot pins in my eyes after my experience. They are not even worthy of 1 star. <P></P> <P>
